Thanks for the reference to my comment. Recently I read this substack, when the author discovered his or her daughter was suffering from schizoid personality disorder rather than the umbrella term of autism spectrum disorder, I tick off almost all the traits of it too. And personality disorders are almost untreatable, which sucks. If you watch videos and read more into it, I bet most omegas fit into Cluster A personality disorders such as this one.
This is a fascinating and useful connection to draw. You are probably right; OMEGA seems to go hand-in-hand with schizoid tendencies. Cluster B types like narcissism also apply, though the covert and vulnerable kind rather than the grandiose kind. Research also shows that cluster A disorders can develop due to childhood trauma. For those where it appears that the cause is genetic, like Alma in the autism article, treatment options may be very limited. However, trauma treatments have advanced surprisingly in the last few decades with EMDR, ISTDP, and reintegrative therapy. You may be interested in those.

But if you were really completely apathetic, why would you even be writing about it?
Apathy denotes relative disinterest, in this case about women, not complete indifference to either women or the phenomenon itself.
